If I am considered for a rottweiler from Jugendliebe Rottweilers, I will do everything in my power to maintain the animal in a safe and friendly atmosphere. I will do everything in my power to socialize the dog and continue its training. I understand that the dog must be returned to Jugendliebe Rottweilers if I am no longer able to keep it, and cannot be transferred to another owner under any circumstances. I also understand that if the animal is found being mistreated that Jugendliebe Rottweilers reserves the right to remove the dog. The purchase price of the dog will not be refunded.
Upon approval of this pre-application, you will be asked to sign an appropriate contract covering ownership of the dog, and registration will be transferred upon completion of all terms of the contract. In the interim registration may be granted on a limited or co-ownership basis. In addition to understanding and agreeing to the above, I grant Jugendliebe Rottweilers permission to contact my references without restriction.
